All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and are fully insured.
I use an exceptional third party printing company. Their average turn around time is about 14 days from the placement of your order. If you would like a rush order please reach out to hello@ashleyhendrixart.com and I’ll see what I can do!

If referencing an original art purchase: Due to the nature of purchasing fine art & how my studio is run, returns are not accepted when it comes to original artworks.
If referencing a print: Returns of prints are accepted only if the print is damaged in shipping. Once the below steps have been followed and processed, a replacement print will be shipped to you at no cost.
If your original artwork or print arrives damaged, do not dispose of the package, please take several photos of the shipping container, packaging, and art itself. Send those photos to hello@ashleyhendrixart.com
