  • All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and are fully insured.

    I’m a one-woman business. For this reason, please allow 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday) for your work to be packaged with care and sent with love.

  • If referencing an original art purchase: Due to the nature of purchasing fine art & how my studio is run, returns are not accepted when it comes to original artworks.

    If referencing a print: Returns of prints are accepted only if the print is damaged in shipping. Once the below steps have been followed and processed, a replacement print will be shipped to you at no cost.

    If your original artwork or print arrives damaged, do not dispose of the package, please take several photos of the shipping container, packaging, and art itself. Send those photos to hello@ashleyhendrixart.com
